Do not rip of protective cover film until the whole application finished. Carry out the procecces through our company user guide. The product should be checked if there any damage before the installation. No responsibility accepted after the montage.

Do not contact bleach or liquids, acid, hydrochloric acid and chemical to clean ceramics that contain chlorine to the tiles long time because they cause blot. In case of any contact, with these materials wash the surfaces with plenty of water.

If any problems appear after the installation process, responsibility of our company is only assure its stainless steel is 304 quality. Installation areas where needs chemical resistance such as sea, pool areas, we suggest that 316 quality stainless steel. Stainless steel drains are made of 304 stainless steel. This material is non-porous, hygienic, rust-free and extremely durable.

We recommend a mind soap and a soft cloth for cleaning stainless and ofter surfaces. DO NOT use any abrasive cleaners, scrub pads or allow household cleaning agents, such as bleach, to sit on the drain cover for a long period of time.

Stainless steel does not rust. External factors, such as contamination from other highly ferrous metals, built up road salt, sea salt, or chlorine may have caused ”surface” rust. Follow proper maintenance procedures to prevent excessive surface rust. In areas of frequent exposure to salt, chlorine, and other chemical compounds, maintenance of the stainless surface should be performed at least 2-3 times per year.
